How to ask
Write from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your license
A refund ends your license and revokes your key. Uninstall the Software and stop using it. Anything you dictated stays on your computer and is yours.
Refunds from Polar
Polar, as merchant of record, may also refund a buyer directly within 60 days to prevent a chargeback.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
